The mission of the Birmingham Museum of Art is to spark the creativity, imagination, and liveliness of Birmingham.

The mission of the Birmingham Museum of Art is to spark the creativity, imagination, and liveliness of Birmingham by connecting all its people to the experience, meaning, and joy of art. The Learning and Engagement department within the BMA offers virtual and in person Museum tours, art kits, fellowship opportunities,  enhanced gallery experiences, teacher resources, student exhibitions, and in-school arts curriculum residency programs. To access our teacher-created worksheets, bell ringers, and flipbooks, or check out one of our Culture Cases, visit our  Teacher Resources page. You can also engage with our special digital site, Culture Bridge: eLearning Across Asia, to access a wealth of curriculum-based projects. Check out the video below on how to use this website.
