On Campus offerings include: The Conservatory (a year-round, intensive theatre training program that meets five afternoons/week, Young Artist Productions, The Red Mountain Youth Ensembles (performance-based ensembles that meet weekly and perform in two showcases each year), youth classes in acting, improv, dance, adult classes in acting, improv, tap, ballet, and theatre dance.
Additionally, we offer eight weeks of summer camps and classes for children from age 4-18.
Red Mountain Theatre also teaches arts education in the community through residency programs. Residencies provide access to the arts for youth who might otherwise not have access to theatre. These programs inspire an interest in the arts while teaching students valuable skills—creativity, collaboration, and confidence—that will serve them throughout their lifetimes. Currently, we serve 22 schools/community partners. Our residency programs are completely customizable with many different options including, but not limited to, Social Emotional Learning through Theatre (K-2), Introduction to Musical Theatre (K-12), Intro to Improv (for K-12), and Page to Stage (a literacy-based theatre program).
